Whether you have received a call, SMS, Email or a calling card from one of our Field Agents it is important not to ignore it. Our team of dedicated staff are here to assist you and look to prevent any further escalation.

At Qatana, we understand people find themselves in debt for all sorts of reasons and that discussing such matters can be a highly stressful and distressing experience. Our aim is to deliver a service that is sensitive and compassionate to your current circumstances, and we are committed to being open, honest & use straight forward language in our communications.

We will seek to agree the best way forward and deliver an outcome that is the most suitable outcome for both yourself and our client.

In conjunction with your discussions with Qatana , we understand that you may wish to speak to an independent third party to give you additional piece of mind. They will be able to offer free independent advice and we would encourage using their services.


Qatana act on behalf of a number of financial institutions where an
asset, usually a vehicle, (but can also include agricultural
machinery, office equipment etc.) has been provided subject to a
finance agreement.

In the event of a breach of your credit agreement, we will seek to
make contact with you to understand the reasons that have
resulted in our instruction and look to resolve the situation.

Depending on the type of agreement and the nature of the breach,
this may be simply putting you back in direct contact with the
finance provider, bringing the account up to date, agreeing a
suitable repayment plan or arranging the return of the asset.

During our discussions, the status of your account will be verified,
and all options discussed.

In the event that we are unable to contact you, the finance provider
may see fit to take further action to secure the return of their asset.
This may include repossession, and/or legal action which may lead
to additional costs.


Qatana also act where there is no asset associated with debt,
either “unsecured debt” such as credit cards or loans or where
there is a remaining balance after an asset has been disposed off.

In the first instance we will ensure that any disputes you may have
over the amount owed are fully looked into and the debt amount
verified correctly

Communication and keeping in touch is crucial and without doubt,
once you start to engage with us, the stress will ease.

One of our dedicated team will review your current financial
position and agree and affordable repayment plan based on the
information provided.
