Meet The Management Team

Chris Nightingale
Managing Director
Joining in late 2021 as our Managing Director, Chris was the catalyst of the rebrand to Qatana Asset Solutions. Chris has 20 years’ experience in financial services covering banking (both consumer and corporate), insurance and debt collection/enforcement. This experience has resulted in Chris gaining extensive knowledge of the legislative framework within the sector and its practical application allowing Qatana to optimise the performance of our client’s portfolio, whilst maintaining the client to customer relationship.

Phillip Allen
Founding Director
Phillip is the founding director of Qatana Asset Solutions (previously JCA Associates) since its origin in the late 1990’s. With a wealth of experience within the asset recovery and investigations sector, he has gained a reputation for delivering on the most difficult of cases, particularly in the Theft, fraud and international repatriations sectors. As a result, Phillip was elected by his peers as the Vice-chair of the FLA Vehicle Recovery and Collection Sub Group (VRAC).

Lee Cookman
Head of Specialist Services
Lee is our Head of Specialist Services that encompasses all Theft & fraud cases. In addition, he oversees all Overseas Repatriations.
Through his extensive experience in this sector, Lee has built relationships with numerous legislative and law enforcement agencies in many countries, enabling Qatana to operate effectively world-wide
Lee has over 20 years of industry experience knowledge and has been with Qatana for 8 years, being part of the management structure for the last 5.

Becky Rowell
General Manager
Becky is Qatana’s General Office Manager. She has gained a wealth of experience and is highly skilled, managing many responsibilities that includes credit control, staff welfare and oversight of all administrative processes within the business. As Qatana's longest serving team member of 11 years, Becky is a key member of the management structure. Becky is currently undertaking her AAT qualifications

Max Harding
Operations Manager
Max is our Operations Manager with responsibility for all service delivery within our asset recoveries division.
Whilst managing our office-based collections team in conjunction with our field network of agents, Max also takes the lead role liaising with clients to ensure the most appropriate outcome is achieved for both customer and client.
Max has been with Qatana for 6 years currently, holds a Level 3 Certificate in Consumer Debt Collection from the London institute of Banking & Finance and is currently undertaking Level 3 Diploma in Credit & Collections from CICM.
